The gear riser mechanism to the left was designed for a plastic manufacturing customer in the medical device industry who needed a servo controlled riser for his automated assembly unit.
A food industry customer needed a 3D prototype of food processing equipment (shown to the left). Our experts developed a 3D model prior to completing the drawings for fabrication. Once our customer approved the changes, a set of 2D drawings were created.
The bracket to the right was designed in solidworks 2014 using a fatigue simulation analysisin order to investigate the material failure due to vibration, impact, bending, or other form of stresses.
The six axis high speed assembly robot to the left needed a custom made base structure. In order to develop the base for the robot, our experts worked with the customer to construct the entire structure in 3D in order to study the base design characteristics.
To the left is a gyroscope prototype developed for an inventor. Gyroscopes must be perfectly symmetrical and isotropic. A 3D drawing of the gyroscope provided design perspectives in order to ensure steady angular velocity.
